I just got a Polar heart rate monitor and messaging instant a hard time building my upper and lower zone.'m a woman of 21 years, 116 pounds of normal pulse, blood pressure, but extremely low. Can anyone give me advice? Thanks
Just make real simple. Keep it between 130-140 beats per minute and was cool. All of these luxury formulas just tend PPL confused.
