How can I convert the information from my Polar HR monitor to display the amount of calories burned during training?
I bought a HRMonitor Polar FS1. It tracks the time and heart rate during training. What formula can I use to determine the amount of calories burned during training?
You can not do directly. Calories burned depends on your weight, exercise time, type of exercise, and intensity. Heart rate is a reflection, not a direct correlation. If you buy a best Polar has been an increase in the calorie counter, especially for runners. However, it is only an estimate.
