Beurer PM45 Heart rate monitor

below target heart rate
Does this mean I'm in good shape?

I work out every morning Monday, Wednesday and Friday, do 30 min. cardio workout then I'm going to do 30 min. weight machines. In the treadmill when I do cardio tells me my target heart rate is 163 bpm and says that setting a speed and automatically adjust the pitch to make my heart rate reach my destination. Normally set my speed to run fast, but my heart rate stays in the 150 low even when the tape goes to automaticlly slope of my highest heart rate stays below my goal. Not that i really struggle to maintain, but is a bit difficult. Because my heart rate does not reach goal and never really out of breath, not to say that I have good cardio? I am 16 years old I weigh about 125 pounds and my BMI is calculated (the Internet) to 22.1 (hope that helps and thanks for answering)

Yes, you must be in good shape if you exercise 3 times a week with cardio and weight training. It would be nice had mentioned his age, since the FCM (Maximum heart rate) is 220 minus your age so we could get an idea about their field of fire to the heart. If you're in your 20s, the MHR is 200 (220 -20), but if you're in your 50s, the MHR is 170 (220 - 50). 163pbm is medium, as a range of 80% are in their 20s. but it would be too high in the 50 (would like a range of 95%!) Firstly, you should never run out of breath or if you do too hard. deduct your age from 220 and exercise in the range 60 to 70% for the light, the range of 75 to 80% for training medium to 85 to 95% for hard / heavy (like a marathon or the Olympics). The average range, 75 to 80% is the best for fat loss (the body uses its fat reserves, in that range after 20 minutes). DO TRUST machines! (I feel like I was in a Terminator movie!) Machinery offered for sale so it will tell you that you're burning 1,000 calories when actually only burning 250. They will tell you you're doing very well when I really have no idea what you're doing. Ignoring machines: If you can not find ways to take your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply by 6 to get your heart rate per minute, then buy a heart monitor with a watch. Strap in and know your heart rate. (even beep when you leave the range!). Calculate your own range, depending on their age (200 - your age is your maximum heart rate and want to be in the range 75 to 80%). ignore the machines, especially telling you that your heart rate is not your target range! Even without a heart monitor, you know you are in the target area when you are gasping but not out of breath. You could say a few words, if you had too. It's hard, sweating and drinking a lot and almost may feel their fat reserves melting!
